20:45 < rore> pjstankard: it'll be easier to make another rectangle, but a little different. Select the rectangle tool, and in the tool options, unselect "Create Rectangle Layer" and instead select "Create Region Layer" (and/or Outline layer)
20:45 < rore> It will create a "bline-rectangle", that can be manipulate as easily as the other Blines layers
